How do I return/exchange my order ?To make a return/exchange, thank you to click on make a return request and proceed with your order number starting with MP and your email.
In the case of a return from France or from an European country, you will be redirected to the ColiBack website to create your return label and pay for shipping (you can use another carrier if you prefer to). If you are returning a fautly item, please enclose a photo of the item concerned. We will refund you as soon as we receive the package.
In the case of an exchange from France or from an European country, you will receive a Coliback free return label by email.
In the case of a return/exchange from outside Europe, please follow the instructions given in the return/exchange confirmation email that will be sent to you.
Returns are at your expense (excluding fautly item), but the exchanges are free.
Did you receive the items I returned to you?
If you made your return with Coliback, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email, please not a processing delay after receipt of this email.
Your refund will then be processed as soon as possible.
You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made.
How long after placing my order can I return my items?
You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its original condition.
Will you refund the shipping costs if I return/exchange an item?
Can I exchange an item?
We exchange items within 15 days of receipt.

In the case of a return, the shipping costs are at your expense. We will however refund the shipping costs if the item is faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service
In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the item is free and the shipping costs of the new item is at our expense as well.
