How do I make a return?
Provided with your email and your order number, you can make a return request by following the indications on the screen. You will then be given a return number as well as the link to the coliback website to make your return and pay for shipping. If you are returning a faulty item, please enclose a photo of the item concerned. We will refund you as soon as we receive the package.

Did you receive the items I returned to you?
As soon as the package is processed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of the package from us. In the meantime, you can track your package with the tracking number you were given when you sent it on the coliback website..

How long after placing my order can I return my items?
You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipment.

Can we exchange an item?
We will exchange the items if they have a manufacturing defect. In this case, please contact our customer service department customer@musier-paris.com. You can also make a request to return at your own expense and recommend on our site.

Return voucher in the package
After making your return request on your account, print the email from our customer service that gives you a return number.

Will you reimburse me the shipping costs if I return an item?
Shipping costs are at the expense of our customers. However, we will refund the fee if the product is defective. In this case, please contact our customer service.

How long will it take to get my money back?
Refunds will be made within 15 days from the date the return was received by our warehouse if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
